Rock Hill Airport Open House
The Rock Hill-York County Airport is holding an open house event on August 18th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
It will be located at the Rock Hill-York County Airport at 550 Airport Road Rock Hill, SC 29732. The event will include a wide variety of vintage and classic airplanes, helicopters, and motor vehicles. Kids aged 8-17 will have a chance at free airplane rides as part of the Young Eagles program provided by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA).
There will be tours of Skytech's maintenance facility. FlyCarolina and Fort Mill High School both will have a flight simulator available to operate and experience. Various flyovers will be performed as well as a skydiving jump by the Skydive Carolina team. Come enjoy this fun event with us and experience a chance to win airport themed giveaways!
