Ok Guys, Jason helped me set this up so I can inform you of the goings on of our Club.

First off last year saw some improvements to the field. The biggest change as you know is the Helicopter area. This is still under development but will be a real asset to the field.

Changes to the Fun Fly schedule are in the works. The Big Bird fly in is no longer an IMAA event but will now be a Fun Fly. This will be for everyone not just Big Birds. I still hope maybe in the future this event will return to its glory days and will be revived. Things last year just didn't work out so this is the reason for the change. I want out club to be supportive of Large planes. We have a lot of Talent in our club with the large scale planes.

I have learned that we have some real Talent in the Heli area. Ask questions as these guys really do know their stuff. Everything from gas,nitro to electric I think they have it all covered.

Asking questions is the real key here. So what if you think its a dumb question. Ask. Its better than a dumb mistake.

Lastly I have no intention of changing the clubs name to the York County Soaring Society. Its crossed my mind and Jim's but we have decided against it.

I will try and keep this somewhat current and maybe get a few guest people to chime in.
